The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an airy open plan living, dining, kitchen area that leads out onto a large north facing deck overlooking a fully fenced back garden.
The open plan living area provides the perfect environment for relaxing, socialising and dining. The kitchen is well appointed and there is plenty of space to entertain. A large ceiling fan and split air conditioner will supplement the cool breezes in summer while the wood burner will keep you toasty in winter.
Three bedrooms provide a comfortable sanctuary after a busy day on the island. Including:
The spacious north facing deck leads onto a fully fenced back yard with a lawned area.
There is easy access to the beach (a minute's walk) via a pedestrian gate and on return the outdoor shower and hose are available for a rinse off.
The side verandah provides a great spot to watch the sun set and the world go by.
The outdoor shower has both hot and cold water.
As well as the ensuite (with shower and toilet) there is a separate bathroom (bath and shower) and separate toilet.
There are full laundry facilities.
No smoking or vaping is permitted in the house. Please ensure ashtrays are used and butts cleaned up if smoking outside.
Full linen is provided and bed configuration (Bedroom 2) needs to be advised.
Bath towels and bath mats are provided - not to be taken to the beach.

The back yard is fully fenced but check for holes and close gates! We do not accept responsibility if your dog escapes or for your dog's safety.
