December & January & Superbikes w/e excluding Premium season. Min 3 nights.
Christmas, New Year, Easter & Moto GP. Min 4 nights.
Standard rate per rental but any excess cleaning needed will be charged on a cost basis.
It is expected that guests will leave the house tidy, with all washing up done and bins emptied.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house and no dogs are allowed in the bedroom areas.
Per rental - 30% reduction per unused bedroom. Min charge $40.
Please discuss discounts provided for bookings 7+ days.
50% deposit required at time of confirmed booking.
Full payment due by 30 days before check in date.
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.
No refund after that.
Check in after 3:00pm - although early check in may be possible if available
Check out before 10:00am
